The mansion is really old and dirty. On the way walk to my room is terrible Inside of the room is very old. The water pipe leak.

The owner and staff there is very nice and helpful. Location is near many restaurants and shopping malls.
The lift is slow and old. Room is small but acceptable because cost is cheaper than other hotels.

I like the lady boss as she is very friendly & accomodating!!!
The building is quite old but well-guarded anyway. We had no hot water on our 2nd night! I was not able to have a shower before going to sleep.

The Lily Garden is well located, and (for Hong Kong), reasonably priced. The staff are eager to help and were very friendly and pleasant.
The Lily Garden is a Hong Kong guest house situated in a mixed use high rise building. It is not flash, it is not by any means luxurious but provides cheapish accommadation for 3 days max. The building is intimidating and the lifts are small and busy. I had the family room to myself and it was more than adequte, the single rooms were much smaller.
